Tap the ＋ button on the top right corner to add a connection. Choose either macOS or Windows for the new connection. Give the connection a name, then type your Mac or PC's IP address into "Host Name/IP" and tap Save. You'll then see the new connection on the app's main screen. Tap on the new connection and you'll be prompted to type in a user name and password. Type in the user name and password you use to access your Mac and PC and tap Login.

Follow these steps to disable SIP: Boot to Recovery OS by restarting your machine and holding down the Command and R keys at startup. Launch Terminal from the Utilities menu. Type in the following command and hit Enter: csrutil disable Now you can reboot your machine and empty the Trash. Remember to enable SIP again following the exact same steps, just with a different command csrutil enabl Reboot your machine again and you are good to go on your merry way.

Of all the prompts an operating system can throw at you, "not enough space" is probably the most dreadful and annoying. Optimizing iCloud Photos gives us a lot of free storage space to work with. If you need even more space, you could completely delete the Photos library, do whatever you need to do with the space, and then create a new Photos library from scratch once you are done.
