The iRobot Home app and the robots need time to make the connection - especially on bad Wi-Fi connections, the robots takes longer to talk to the cloud and the cloud takes longer to pin the app. So the trick is, be patient, allow the iRobot Home app a little time and the “We can’t connect right now” message will be gone.
